1. Return Request Window

Return/refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.

2. Return Eligibility (Case-by-Case Review)

To be considered eligible, items should be:

Unused
Unopened (where applicable)
Undamaged
In original packaging and condition

All requests are reviewed case by case based on product condition and issue type.

3. Non-Eligible Returns

We may decline returns/refunds for:

Requests made after 14 days
Used, opened, altered, or damaged items (not due to shipping)
Missing original packaging/components
Items returned without approval

4. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within the 14-day window with:

Order number
Clear photos/videos of the item and packaging
Description of the issue

After review, we may offer replacement, partial refund, full refund, or another suitable resolution.

5. How to Request a Return/Refund

Please contact support and include your order number, reason for request, and supporting photos/videos (if applicable). Do not return items without written confirmation and instructions from our support team.

6. Return Shipping Costs

Unless the item is defective/incorrect (or where required by law), return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

7. Refund Method & Timing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Typical processing time is 5–10 business days after approval (may vary by bank/provider).

8. Order Changes & Cancellations

You may request order changes/cancellation within 24 hours of placing your order. After processing begins, changes or cancellations may not be possible.

9. Refused or Undeliverable Packages

If a package is refused or undeliverable due to customer-side issues (for example wrong address or failure to receive), any refund may be reduced by shipping/handling and related costs.
